5 months old

I can not believe Claire is 5 months old already!  We celebrated her fifth month by hanging out with family and friends last weekend.  


It started with Daddy giving the little cutie a bath.  I love the way she looks up at him :)

Then she hung out in her exersaucer while we packed up the car.

And chewed everything she could get her mouth on.

Forgot to note in my last blog that Claire got her first two teeth already!  We noticed they broke through on Christmas morning.  No wonder she's been biting everything!  If you look real close, you can sort of see the little two chompers on the bottom of her mouth in this pic...they're really cute :)

She's growing up so fast.  Not only does she have teeth...but she can all of a sudden sit up on her own now.

Such a big girl.  Once we were all packed on Saturday, we headed up to Nana and Papa's in Reading.  Claire got to hang out with her big cousins.  Maddie sang "You are my Sunshine" to her when she started to fuss...it was the cutest thing ever.

Grace hung out with our little sunshine for a while too.  Talk about growing up so fast, I really can't believe how old our little Grace is already...look at what a mature little lady she is :)

After spending some time at Nana and Papa's, we headed over to Rory and Kristen's house for some more fun.  Claire had a great time.

Some of her BFF's were there...Gavin, Addison, Emma, and Maddie.  

After having so much fun with everybody, Claire and Daddy were zonked.  Good thing we slept over.

Before heading back to Philly on Sunday, we swung by Nana's again.  She gave Claire her first ever haircut.  She was excited.

 Until Nana started cutting.

"Are you sure you know what you're doing?"

Once she realized Nana did, she was loving it.

"How do I look Mommy?"

Of course mommy neglected to take an after picture so guess you guys will just have to wait until the next post :)
