(Not totally) Happy Halloween!

Friday was Mommy's last day home with her little love bug so she of course took lots of pics.

I took full advantage of being home with the cutie and rocked her to sleep for her midday nap - no better feeling in the world.
This is how Claire usually falls asleep...sucking on her two middle fingers with her arm over her face...too funny.
I'm proud to post some pictures of Claire not crying during tummy time on Friday.  Look how high she can hold her head now!
Ooh a lion.
And that's enough tummy time :(
Time for a nice relaxing bath...she sure does love her bath time.
I really loved and cherished every single day at home with my little Claire Bear.  Going back to work will be so hard but I know she'll be in good hands with her Grammie.

Our Halloween weekend began with a night up in Reading to see Claire's Aunt Colleen, Uncle Chad, Nana, Poppa, and her big cousins, Grace, Maddie, and Luke.  We weren't going to dress Claire up this year since she's still so little and we had trouble finding a 0-6 month costume but once I came across this beauty, I couldn't pass it up.  Our sweet little strawberry...
Claire was so happy to see her big cousins - the cheerleader, Dorothy, and Bob the builder.
Where's Claire??
There she is :)
She looked so stinkin' cute, even Luke couldn't resist.  He kept asking to hold her...it was the cutest.
But he of course had to be next to his bestest buddy while hanging with Claire.  Uncle Patrick is his fave.
Claire had so much fun, she passed out before heading home.
Sunday, we spent a lot of the day getting ready for mommy's dreaded return to work so we had to stop by Grammie and Pop's to drop off some things.  Here's the little Eagles fan with one of her biggest fans.
Finally the day had arrived.  Exactly 12 weeks after Claire was born, I had to go back to work :(  It was by far one of the hardest things I've ever had to do....especially since she's so stinkin' cute and happy in the morning.  Even with a cold, she was still happy to see me.
I admit I cried a little after sending her off with Grammie but once I got to work I was distracted enough to get through the day.  We headed over to my sister's right after work for some Halloween festivities.  My parents met us there with our little treasure.  I couldn't wait to see her.  I scooped her up as soon as I saw her.  You can't tell from this picture, but she was all smiles when we saw her.  She really knows how to warm my heart.
Let's not forget about the other cutie that was there....Claire's little cousin Lilly.  Just 2.5 weeks after having Lilly, Aunt Laura looks amazing...and so happy of course :)
Grammie can't get enough of her grandkids...she must've been exhausted waking up at 5:30am and taking care of sick little Claire all day but she still snuggled with Lilly all night.
Love that Halloween headband!
After the Halloween party, we finally got to take Claire home all to ourselves.  Daddy of course had to spend some QT with his little sunshine.  What the heck is he doing??
Who knows but Claire loves it.
So good to be home with our little lovey :)
