After spending so much time at the beach, our little mermaid has grown quite accustom to lotioning up and getting her bathing suit on. Good thing too because last weekend, we got to spend the day at Claire's adorable friends' house - the twins, Maddie and Gavin and lucky for us, they have a fantastic pool to cool off in which is exactly what we did.
Claire rode around on the duck.
Hung with Daddy.
And enjoyed a poolside drink.
After dinner, Claire had some smores for the first time. Needless to say, the chocolate was her favorite part.
On Sunday, we headed over to Nana & Papa's house to celebrate big cousin Grace's 6th birthday.
We enjoyed a delicious bbq with some good ol' corn on the cob.
Claire just loves it. She may look like her Daddy but she definitely has Mommy's appetite. She's SUCH a good little eater.
Claire had a blast. Happy Birthday Grace! We love you!
